RESERVATIONS:

  • 100% deposit taken at time of booking.

  • Payment terms considered upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Booking cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival: an administration fee and any transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Booking cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival: a choice of a full credit will be issued minus administration fees, OR a 50% refund will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will be retained unless we are able to re-book the property for the full duration of your original stay.

  • The credit card surcharge will not be refunded on any circumstance

  • A full credit will be issued for inability to travel due to RED ZONE restrictions.

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE: 
    We strongly recommend Travel Insurance as it may protect you if you cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances including if you have contracted Covid and cannot travel

  • Full Credit for COVID Red Zone cancellations to use within 12 months


CHECK-IN:

  • Standard check-in time is after 2 PM while standard check-out time is at 10 AM. Requests for early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to availability.

  • Details of check-in will be emailed to guests 1 week prior to their arrival.


SECURITY DEPOSIT:

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

  • A refundable $500 security deposit is held on all booking and taken before arrival.

  • If any damage has been suspected, guests will be contacted within 36 hours of departure.

  • Security deposit will be released 48 hours after check-out if no damage to the dwelling.

  • We suggest and recommend all guests have comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

  • Guests with pre-known medical conditions should make their own preparations and medical plan.

  • First aid kits are supplied in each house.
